   Exclusive pre-designed logos available for instant purchase. Once a logo is sold, it is permanently removed from our marketplace and will not be resold to others.
2. Custom Logo Design:
   Personalized logo creation service based on the client’s preferences, ideas, and business goals. Custom design projects include a process of discussion, concept development, and revisions as agreed before the project starts.
   
   All designs offered on RakibulDesign.com are original and created by professional designers.

4. Account and User Responsibilities

You may browse our site freely without an account. However, some actions (such as making a purchase) may require you to provide contact or billing information.

When providing any details, you agree to:

RakibulDesign.com retains the right to display the sold logo as part of our portfolio or design history, unless the buyer requests otherwise.

For custom logo projects, full ownership transfers to the client once final payment is completed.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise specified).
We accept payments through secure, verified payment methods integrated into our site (such as card payments or approved gateways).

Full payment must be made before logo ownership or final design files are delivered.

Refunds are only possible in limited situations, such as:

• Duplicate payments due to system error.

For custom design services, refunds may be partially available before final delivery if no concepts have been sent yet.
All refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of purchase.

8. Delivery of Design Files

For ready-made logos, design files are typically delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
For custom projects, delivery times vary based on the project scope and communication with the client.

All files are sent digitally through email or secure download links.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by incorrect contact information or technical issues on the client’s side.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Before purchase, all logos displayed on our site are the intellectual property of Rakibul Design.
After purchase, the rights are transferred exclusively to the buyer.
